The History of Kohler
Kohler Co. was founded in 1873 by John Micheal Kohler in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Initial products included plows and other farm equipment.
In 1883, an enameled cast iron water trough was sold as a bathtub...the first plumbing product manufactured by Kohler.
